Alyson Blandy has been in the convenience retail industry for the past 18 years. Alyson is the Senior Director of Operations for 7-Eleven in the Greater LA Zone, which includes over 1,000 stores in Central and Southern California. Previously, Alyson was the Senior Regional Development Director for the Western U.S. and Canada. In that role, she led the Real Estate, Construction, and Franchising teams to carry out 7-Eleven’s accelerated growth strategy. Alyson also has had roles within Merchandising and Operations.
Alyson was honored to receive several company awards such as the Big 3 National Award for Business Transformation and the Market Manager of the Year Award.
