Brian joined the Maverik family late last year. He is a native of NJ and his career has brought him from the culinary scene in NYC to Florida and the Happiest Place on Earth. He held various roles from culinary leadership to leading the menu engineering and price optimization efforts for Disney. Most recently he led the FB analytics team for MGM Resorts International. He has a BS in Hotel Management from Penn State and an MBA from Stetson University.
