Danielle is the Vice President of Retail Operations leading retail operations, retail efficiencies and operational support teams for Maverik, a convenience-store chain with 340 locations across the intermountain west.
Danielle joined Maverik in 2012 as Executive Director of Customer Value Creation. Prior to joining Maverik, Danielle spent over 20 years focused on enterprise software and imaging technology in a variety of international technical, sales and marketing roles. She is passionate about simplifying the complex, creatively solving challenges, and launching technology solutions to engage and empower high-performing store teams to consistently create an exceptional customer experience.
Danielle holds a Master of Science in Accountancy from DePaul University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah. Her favorite adventures include trail running, snowboarding and snowshoeing in Utah’s “greatest snow on earth”. Like our keynote speaker, she can also hit a receiver right between the numbers from 30 yards out.
