As Senior Vice President, Retail Sales, Marketing & Innovation at Delek US, Darshan is responsible for leading category management, retail / wholesale marketing, and branded innovation for Delek US. Prior to Delek, Darshan was responsible for marketing innovation, loyalty, and CRM at Neiman Marcus. Darshan also led the marketing organization at the Sam’s Club division of Walmart, where he revolutionized the marketing strategy and spearheaded an enterprise-wide personalization agenda. Earlier in his career, Darshan led digital messaging at Hilton Worldwide, where he was responsible for direct marketing and CRM activities. He has also held key marketing roles at Rapp Worldwide and Sabre Holdings. A native Texan, Darshan graduated from Case Western Reserve University and holds an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
