Mark Samuels is an Operations Executive with over 30 years of experience in the Foodservice, Convenience, and Retail Industries. Mark has served in the role of Vice President of Retail Operations for The Wills Group Companies since 2011; and leads the Company’s Operations of Dash In Food Stores, Splash In Car Wash, SMO Motor Fuels, and Potomac Energy Holdings.
During Mark’s 22-year career at The Wills Group, he held many positions that included Operations, Marketing, Pricing, and Administration. He has also been a key player in both developing and implementing strategies for the organization’s Business Models, Site Expansion and Financial Growth.
Recently, the Wills Group has focused on transforming its Retail Brands Dash In Food Stores and Splash In Car Wash; that is the focus of our future growth. Dash In has received accolades for its new “Neighborhood” store concept and have pushed the envelope with c-store innovation with design and their food menu.
Mark Holds an Executive MBA from Loyola College of Maryland and undergraduate degrees in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management and Psychology.
