Rich is a Senior Vice President and Section Manager with the Commercial Bank at Capital One and has been a middle market commercial banker for over 30 years. He has generated and structured hundreds of transactions in diverse industries, including convenience and gas, technology, retail, health care, automotive, and wholesalers and distributors.
He established and is the head of the Convenience & Gas (C&G) specialty banking practice at Capital One. His team of experienced bankers provides banking and lending solutions exclusively to C&G retail operators and jobbers on a national scale. During the past ten years, Capital One has provided over $2.7 billion in loan commitments to the industry.
Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Whittier College as well as an MBA in Finance from the Claremont Graduate School. Rich splits his time between Mclean Virginia and San Diego California, and enjoys the outdoors, competitive tennis, golf, travel, and spending time with his wife and four kids.
