EG Group is the world’s largest privately owned operator of fuel and convenience sites with over 5,500 sites across Europe, USA and Australia. In April 2018 the group acquired the C-store business of Kroger in the USA with 762 sites under the banners; Turkey Hill, Kwik Shop, Loaf’N Jug, Tom Thumb and Quik Stop. 225 Minit Mart sites were acquired in December 2018 and so far this year 54 Fastrac and 70 Certified stores have been added to the US portfolio.

EG Group now has over 1100 sites in the US in 26 States with revenues in excess of $4 Billion and fuel sales of over 1.2 Billion gallons.

We partner with leading fuel brands; Shell, Exxon Mobil, BP, Marathon, Phillips 66 in addition to our own branded fuel operations.

Our business model is to develop leading QSR brands on our sites in the US and we are partnering with; Burger King, Popeye Chicken, Subway, Dairy Queen, Arby’s, Taco John’s and others.

I have worked with the EG Group for over 15 years with responsibility for real estate, acquisitions and development throughout the UK and Europe. Following the acquisition of the US business I relocated to Cincinnati to oversee the expansion of the business through acquisitions and the development of New to Industry (NTI) sites.
