Sarah Holdener is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Moto, Inc. and its subsidiary FKG Oil Company, which operates 79 convenience stores in 6 states in the Midwest. Prior to joining Moto, Sarah spent over a decade specializing in real estate and title insurance, first serving as General Counsel for a title insurance agency, then as a litigator handling title insurance and real estate cases. She also clerked for a judge on the Missouri Court of Appeals following law school. Sarah is a graduate of St. Louis University and the St. Louis University School of Law.
At Moto, Sarah advises executive management and the board of directors, sets and monitors internal governance policies, provides guidance on legal matters impacting all areas of the business including contracts for all divisions, assists with HR issues, and oversees claims and litigation. Additionally, Sarah is the head of the Company's video gaming initiative, managing all legal, compliance and training issues with gaming and liquor licensing in the stores that have gaming rooms.
