Biography
Blackie Wills is Executive Vice President of the Convenience Retailing unit. In this role, Blackie oversees Dash In and Splash In retail operations across Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia. Blackie also oversees the Wills Group’s real estate and development activities, including management of its real estate portfolio, construction, facilities management, and environmental compliance. Furthermore, Blackie directs the brand marketing activities of the company, focused on enhancing the customer experience and increasing awareness of the brand.
Prior roles at the Wills Group include having served as Executive Vice President of Retail Marketing, Director of Real Estate and Development, and Supply and Distribution Manager. He also previously worked as Sales Manager for Potomac Energy Holdings, LLC.
Prior to joining the Wills Group, Blackie worked with PNC Bank as an Assistant Vice President in the commercial real estate group after starting his career there as a Credit Analyst.
Blackie holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Loyola University Maryland.
He and his wife, Whitney, currently reside in the Federal Hill neighborhood of downtown Baltimore
