Nick was appointed interim President of EG America in June of 2023. In August 2018, he began his career at EG in legal and was named General Counsel of EG America shortly thereafter. He was later promoted to Chief Legal and Administrative Officer. During that time, he had responsibility for legal, licensing, risk and claims, government relations, safety and guest relations prior to serving as interim President. Nick also served as the interim head of HR from July of 2019 to January of 2020.
Nick began his career at Kirkland & Ellis in San Francisco. He also served in leadership capacities at The Proctor & Gamble Company and Honeywell.
Nick received his BA in philosophy from UCLA and his JD from The University of California at Berkeley.
