Rob Easley is an entrepreneurial retail executive with a track record of driving growth and profitability in competitive, complex retail environments in private, public, and PE owned companies ranging from $187MM to $26B. With 25 years general management/P&L leadership experience, Rob has particular expertise in marketing, store operations, facilities development, and merchandising at market-leading brands including H-E-B Foods, Rite Aid, Westlake Ace Hardware, Earth Fare, and QuickChek where he is the SVP of Merchandising and Marketing. He has consistently delivered results with proven success in driving turnarounds, expanding operations, and scaling companies for growth across retail food, pharmacy, and hardware categories.

A transformational and innovative leader, Rob has strategically transformed retail environments, their operations, and capabilities. While at H-E-B, Rob served as SVP Store Operations, Chief Change Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer. At H-E-B, he led dozens of game changing initiatives, served on H-E-B's Senior Leadership Team, and was a major contributor to H-E-B's transformation from a regional operator to a world class retailer, and one of the world’s most admired companies.

Subsequent to H-E-B, Rob served as Chief Operating Officer of Rite-Aid Drug Stores, where he was responsible for the integration of 1,800 acquired stores and the development of an industry leading pharmacy loyalty program. Rob has also served as Chief Operating Officer of Westlake Ace Hardware, the nation’s largest ACE dealer; and Earth Fare Supermarkets, an organic and natural foods supermarket chain.
