Mr. Garfinkel is a Senior Managing Director with Raymond James. He currently leads the Convenience Store and Fuel Products Distribution group which he started over 25 years ago. His career spans 30 years with a focus on providing Mergers & Acquisition and Capital Advisory services to private family businesses, private equity groups and public corporations. He has completed more than 75 transactions in the C-Store/Wholesale Fuel industry including the sale of 7- Eleven Oklahoma, Hollingsworth Oil, Mapco, Henny Penny, Road Ranger, Cracker Barrel, CST Brands (CA assets), Minit Mart and Town & Country Food Stores among others. Mr. Garfinkel received an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of North Carolina, graduating Phi Beta Kappa.
